There are many types of properties for sale along the Alabama Gulf Coast in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and the surrounding areas. These properties are bought by working people making a permanent move to the area, people moving in after retirement, as vacation properties and as investments or some combination of these. Some local realtors are just now getting still photos on their sites. Others have opted to go with the 360 degree virtual tours. It takes a certain vision for a company to see that video tours, similar to what people are used to seeing on TV, is the wave of the future and to get involved early on. We feel strongly that as we add more videos it will become clear to others as to what is now available. It must be realized that someone sitting in Michigan, or anywhere in the world, can watch a video of a property here and decide it is something they are interested in or not.
